| Remarks | 室町幕府執事・高師直(？～ 1351)が、有田郡藤並荘（有田川町）に拠点を有した藤並彦五郎入道に宛てた、康永４年(1345)７ 月９日付けの文書。兵庫頭入道明意が申している楠見郷（和歌山市）の地頭職のことについて、康永元年７月７ 日付けの足利尊氏の御下文の旨に任せて、湯浅八郎左衞門入道とともに、明意の代官に沙汰付けするように命じたもの。室町幕府執事の施行状は、室町幕府将軍発給の文書を、強制力をもって初期室町幕府の低い行政能力を補完する機能を果たしたと位置づけられている。 |
