| Remarks | 紀州徳川家第13代藩主で、のちに14代将軍となった徳川慶福(家茂、1846～66)による大幅の書である。慶福は、嘉永2年(1849)に藩主となり、外国船の来航にともない、海防や軍事力の強化を推進した。安政5年(1858)に、井伊直弼らに推されて家茂と改名し、将軍となった。この書の「心、水の如し」とは、心がさっぱりとして利欲の念がないことをいい、出典は『漢書』鄭崇伝である。 |
