| Remarks | 紀伊国守護・畠山政長(1442～93)が、伊都郡の国人・隅田肥前入道（能継？）に宛てた書状。柔らかい楮紙を使用する。内容は、家督をめぐって政長と対立する畠山義就(1437～90)が、寛正６年(1465)11月に吉野を出て、天川弁財天社で挙兵した際、隅田肥前入道に発給された義就からの廻文を、政長に見せて忠節を示したことに対する褒状である。橋本市・花岡家旧蔵文書。 |
