| Remarks | 道服とは、羽織に類する上衣のことで、裾が広く、裾に襞をもつ点が特徴である。この道服は、紀伊藩の国学者であった本居大平(1756～1833)が、古稀の祝いに着用したものという。裏地には、門人の加納諸平ら10人余りが長寿を祝う和歌などを寄せ書きしている。なお、表地に織り出されているのは桐の紋で、波線状の立涌文様の間に配されている。 |
