| Remarks | 襖絵もしくは二曲屛風として描かれた作品のうちの２面で、もとはメクリの状態で伝来していた。画題の典拠は明らかではないが、水辺の萩と桔梗を描いた１面と、烏帽子に狩衣姿の貴人が若松を手植えする場面を描いた１面で、本来１対になるものではない。作者は京都の出身で和歌山で活躍した大和絵師・岩瀬広隆(1808〜77)で、萩と桔梗図には嘉永４年(1851)の年紀がみられる。 |
