| Remarks | 紀州の三大文人画家の一人・祇園南海(1676〜751)筆と伝えられる粉本を貼り継いで成巻したもので、巻末に南海の次男で紀伊藩儒の祇園尚濂(1712〜91)による、宝暦11年(1761)の識語がある。花鳥図・人物図など、全て水墨で14図からなるが、描いた画人の相当の技量がうかがわれる。見返と遊紙との紙継上に、「桒継粲」「明夫氏」という白文連印が捺されており、紀州の三大文人画家の一人・桑山玉洲(1746〜99)の手許にあったことがうかがわれ、興味深い。 |
