| Remarks | 律令格に関する施行細則を大成した法制資料で、延喜５年(905)に編纂が開始され、延長５年(927)に完成、康保４年(967)に施行された。掲載された法文の現実世界における効力については十分に検討する必要があるが、平安時代前期の便覧として後世の公家社会においては珍重された。諸国支配の規定も多く記載されており、この時期における紀伊国の地位もうかがうことができる。本品は、享保８年(1723)初版の享保本で、江戸時代後期に印刷された資料である。 |
