| Remarks | 明治35(1902)年度と同36年度の、和歌山県水産試験場における事業活動の報告書である。内容は、施行事業の概要、製造･漁業試験の報告、調査事業、水産講習の報告、経費の報告からなる。とくに、近代的漁法の実験を試みる一方で、伝統的な水産物加工を継承しようとする姿勢がうかがわれ、この時期の漁業のあり方を知る上で貴重な資料といえる。また、写真や挿入図がその具体的な様子を示している。 |
