| Remarks | 高野山･奥院の後見(管理者)に関する規定、および灯籠堂に関する規定を、行人の拠点であった興山寺(文殊院)が、後見に対してうちだしたもの。この法度が定められた17世紀後半は、行人方と学侶方との対立が最も激しくなっていた時期であり、行人方が内部統制をはかったことの一端を示す資料と推測される。 |
