| Remarks | この模型は、昭和52年(1977)からの発掘調査により発見された西庄Ⅱ遺跡（和歌山市）の鎌倉時代の様子を復元したものである。幅2ｍ、深さ80㎝の溝によって区画された3つの部分から構成されるが、北区画西側には東西23ｍ、南北13ｍの建物基壇が確認され、武士居館と思われる堀立柱建物が想定されている。この地域は、東大寺領木本西荘の故地であり、湯浅党の有力な構成員･木本氏の拠点であったことが考えられる。 |
