| Remarks | 野呂介石(1747～1828)は祇園南海・桑山玉州とともに紀州の文人画三名家の1人に数えあげられる。伊藤蘭嵎に儒学を、池大雅に南画を学び、山水・四君子・書の作品を多数残した。また、紀州藩の絵師となった野際白雪ら多くの後継者を育成した。この書簡は京都の土山某にあてた返信で、介石の筆跡を知る格好の資料である。 |
