| Remarks | 本品は、西王母の伝説により、不老長寿を主題とした器である。桃の実をかたどり、その周りにきわめて精巧につくりだした桃の花や枝をめぐらせている。身と蓋の内側には、「桃林放牛」という平和を象徴する画題が染付で描かれている。蓋の内面に、「南紀男山」の染付銘が認められる。 |
