| Remarks | 祇園南海・野呂介石とならんで、紀州の三大文人画家として知られる桑山玉洲（1746〜99）は、晩年には濃淡のコントラストなどを巧みに駆使した自在の境地に達している。この資料は、葉がちぎれんばかりの強風にあおられる竹を墨の濃淡のみで見事に表現した作品である。「桒嗣幹寫」の款記に、「桑嗣幹字伯楨号王洲陳人」（白文方印）・「茂松清泉」（朱文方印）の款印が捺される。 |
