| Remarks | 岩瀬広隆(1808～77)は、菱川師宣(1618～94)の５代目を自称する京都の挿絵師で、『紀伊名所図会』の挿絵を担当するために招聘され、のちに藩の御用絵師に抱えられた。紀州では珍しい大和絵師で、古典文学や風俗を題材とした濃彩画が多い。この資料は、元禄期の華やかさを回想して描いた作品で、衣裳や髪型にその時代の特徴がよく表現されている。 |
