| Remarks | 岩瀬広隆(1808～77)は、菱川師宣(1618～94)の５代目を自称する京都の挿絵師で、『紀伊国名所図会』の挿絵を担当するために招聘され、のちに紀伊藩の御用絵師に抱えられた。紀州では珍しい大和絵師で、古典文学や風俗を題材とした濃彩画が多い。この資料は、元禄期ごろの華やかさを回想した作品で、満月の下で踊りに興じる人々を描く。衣裳や髪型にその時代の特徴がよく表現されている。款記は「安政丙辰春 琹泉山樵 廣隆寫」、款印は「我兮心寫」(朱文楕円印)で、安政3年(1856)の作であることが知られる。 |
