| Remarks | 15世紀半ばごろ以降、粉河寺の門前町で作刀していたのが、簀戸国次（粉河鍛冶）の流派であった。現在のところ、国次を名乗ったのは16世紀後半の５代目まで確認できるが、この資料は、銘の字体から永正年間(1504～1521)ごろの作例がみられる、３代国次の作と考えられる。先幅が細く小鋒となり、華奢な印象を受ける。地鉄は板目肌に杢目が交じり、刃文は匂口の締まった細直刃である。磨上茎には、勝手下がり鑢がかけられている。 |
