| Remarks | 1月から６月までの農村の行事や農作業の様子を、1月１枚ずつ描いた月次風俗図。１月は大和万歳、２月は初午、３月は上巳節句（雛祭）、４月は田起こし、５月は代掻き･田植えと端午節句、６月は水車による灌漑を、それぞれ画題としている。作者の榎本遊谷(1848～1923)は、和歌山城下に生まれ、藩士下篠八十郎の家臣で、笹川遊原に師事して狩野派の画技を修得したという画人。海南市に居住した日本画家・青木梅岳(1866～1947)による、大正15年(1926)の題字および題箋が付けられている。 |
