| Remarks | 幕末から明治時代前半にかけて活躍した大和絵師･岩瀬広隆(1808〜77)による水墨画。岩壁に群生し可憐な花をつけた蘭を描いた作品である。広隆は画域が広く、晩年には「水鏡山房」という画室で文人画も手がけており、本品のような水墨の作品も残している。款記によれば、明治3年(1870)の作であることがわかる。画面上部に、「香巌」という人物が七言絶句の賛詩を記しているが、河内国枚岡（東大阪市）の神職で国学者であり、新宮城主･水野忠央(1814〜65)に仕えた村田春野(1801〜71)の可能性が考えられる。 |
