| Remarks | 紀州石堂鍛冶の第３世代の刀工・康永による刀。鎬造、庵棟で、浅い中反りの姿である。地鉄は、板目肌に杢目交じりである。刃文は、湾れ基調であるが、物打ち付近は濤瀾乱刃とし、玉を焼く。小鋒で、帽子は湾れ込んで中丸で尖り、浅く返る。茎には筋違鑢がかけられ、小振りな刃上栗尻である。康永は、紀州から大坂へ移って作刀したが、銘文や刃文の特徴からも、その点をあらためて確認できる。赤羽刀。 |
