| Remarks | 紀州石堂鍛冶の第１世代の刀工・安広による脇指。反りは浅く、ふくらかれた中鋒の姿である。地鉄は板目肌で、刃文は刃長の長い箱乱とし、物打ち付近は互の目となっている。帽子は、湾れ込んで突き上げ、焼詰とする。茎には筋違鑢がかけられ、茎尻は浅い刃上栗尻である。安広は、寛永13年(1636)〜正保元年(1644)に紀伊藩に抱えられ、その後江戸に出たということであるが、この銘文によれば、京都でも作刀したことが判明する。赤羽刀。 |
