| Remarks | 四君子の一つ、蘭を祇園南海(1676～1751)が描いた作品で、淡い墨で描かれたその葉には柔らかな動きがあり、花の蘂にほどこされた濃い墨と呼応して、風になびく蘭の香りをも感じさせている。隷書によって記された七言の２句は、単に君子のみにとどまらず、美人を寓意したものとして、南海の先進性をあらわしている。款印は「源瑜之印」「一片在玉壺」、関防印は「行雲流水」、遊印は「宜假」「竹溪弌逸」である。これらの使用印から、南海60歳前後の作と考えられる。 |
