| Remarks | 古銅器を象り、瑞花と幾何学文圏帯をあしらった染付香炉で、高台内に「南紀男山」の染付銘が認められる。付属する火舎は瑞雲に鳳凰3羽を透彫した純銀製のもので、京都の金工家竹影堂栄真の作である。南紀男山焼の製品は、無銘の日用雑器から作域優秀な茶陶類に至るまで幅広いが、本品は数少ない香炉である点が貴重である。 |
