| Remarks | 紀伊徳川家14代藩主徳川茂承の御典医を務めたという、塩路嚴穂旧蔵と伝えられる６曲１双の押絵貼形式の屛風。各扇には、12か月各月の風俗主題が描かれる。右隻第１扇から、１月(万歳)、２月(初午)、３月(大原女)、４月(灌仏会)、５月(端午節句)、６月(納涼)、７月(盆踊)、８月(月夜花摘)、９月(菊見)、10月(戎講)、11月(七五三)、12月(大掃除)の順である。落款により、紀伊藩お抱え絵師の岩瀬広隆(1808～77)が、慶応２年(1866)、広隆59歳の夏に描いた作品であることがわかる。 |
