| Remarks | 高野山の僧・木食応其(1536～1608)が、高野山金剛三昧院の長老坊に宛てた書状で、もとは金剛三昧院に伝来し、何らかの理由で寺外に流出したもの。内容は、前年の天正12年(1584)に買い戻した「堺之高野道場」(大阪府堺市、高野堂)に、弘法大師空海(774～835)の御影を安置したいので、金剛三昧院から御影を借り受けたいというものである。応其は、一時期高野山が手放していた高野堂を、勧進活動の拠点として買い戻したものと考えられる。 |
