Remarks	「遺告二十五箇条」の写本で、筆跡から江戸時代の書写本と判断される。奥書はないが、裏書に「御遺告是我宗之重書也／昭和十三戊寅年一月　密乗末葉長谷宝秀記」とあり、近代の真言宗の学僧・長谷宝秀(1869～1948)の所持本と分かる。本文の各所には、付箋による書き入れも見られる。
