| Remarks | 金剛盤は金剛鈴と金剛杵をのせる三つ足付きの平台で、密教必需の法具である。上面に刻銘があり、初代紀伊藩主徳川頼宣(1602〜71)が寛永12年(1635)に、熊野三山の1つ、熊野本宮大社の護摩堂の什器として奉納したことがわかる。なお、平安時代以来あった護摩堂は、明治の神仏分離によって取り壊されて今は存在しない。 |
