| Remarks | 南紀高松焼は、和歌山城下の高松で文政7(1824)年ころから天保7(1836)年ころまで焼かれていた、伊万里写の染付磁器のことを指す。本品は、ずんぐりとした樽形の水指であるが、胴には意図的に轆轤目を残す。白釉の地に染付で鳳凰・麒麟などの瑞獣を描き、その周囲や蓋には、粗放な筆遣いで描いた雲や樹木が配される。底面に、「南紀高松」という染付銘がある。 |
